The Regnum Christi Prayer Book, now available for free online and accessible by computer, phone or tablet.  It includes prayers for all of the moments when Catholics are traditionally encouraged to step back from their daily activity and spend some time with God; including morning prayers, the Rosary, the Stations of the Cross, Eucharistic Hour prayers, preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, night prayers, and many others.

The Better Part: A Christ-Centred Resource for Personal Prayer App(and book) by Fr. John Bartunek, LC – a resource that can be used as a daily meditation, set up according to the liturgical calendar, or that can be read and reflected on in the order presented in the Gospels.

Magnificat App (and monthly prayer book): A beautiful resource with morning, evening, and night prayers inspired by the Liturgy of the Hours; readings and prayers of each daily Mass; daily meditations drawn from the best writings of the Church Fathers as well as recent spiritual masters; and essays on the lives of the saints from yesterday and today.

Retreat Guides from the RC Spirituality Center offer around 50 different do-it-yourself retreats available in video format, audio, PDF download, and as a booklet. You can watch, listen, or read it. Use individually or as a group. Each Retreat Guide includes five elements: an introduction, two meditation-starters, a conference, and a personal questionnaire.

A retreat is a beautiful way to move forward in your spiritual life. For Legionaries and consecrated members of Regnum Christi, a retreat often lasts eight to 30 days. For lay members of Regnum Christi, retreats are normally offered over a weekend, or sometimes in a shortened format for a day or evening. There are also 6 day retreats available for those who want to do deeper in their retreat experience.  In nearly all cases, the structure of the retreat follows the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.
